Return Process

    Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery by submitting a ticket with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

    Technical Assessment

    Our engineers will review your case; for technical malfunctions, please provide photos or videos to help us determine if a remote fix or a physical return is necessary.

    Secure Packaging

    Once your return is authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging including all tools, SD cards, and resin or filament samples to avoid damage during transit.

    Processing and Refund
